- Adjust the vacuum percentage
- A dedicated program allows manual adjustment of the desired vacuum percentage, ensuring more precise control of the product preservation cycle through an electronic sensor.

- Allows activation and adjustment of the marination function: with a single selection, the cycle duration can be set from 6 to 60 minutes, ensuring uniform and rapid marination of food products.
