Welded and rounded stainless steel automatism structure.
Piston/rod system carriage motion.
Fan-cooled carriage motion motor with commercial-grade oil bath reduction.
Blade and carriage motion powered by separate controls.
Carriage “U” with an adjustable fence and product locking bracket that can be positioned according to the size of the product to help contain it and feed it toward the blade.
An easily accessible switch arm can convert the unit from automatic to manual operation.
Two control systems:

. VV: on/off with variable speed drive
Output slicers per minute:

Optionals:
Carriage with increased length, equipped with adjustable guides to align and feed one or multiple products in parallel, and a specially designed product press bracket with increased weight to push the product toward the blade.
